If you wish to provide feedback regarding a particular service at Dalcross Adventist Hospital, or your admission to Dalcross Adventist Hospital as a patient, there are several options available to you:


While you are in hospital:

  • You should contact the Manager or person in charge for problems experienced during your stay. S/He can address most of your concerns whilst you are in hospital and ensure timely action
  • Use the feedback form provided in your room / discharge lounge area

 Once you have left the hospital:
